Thinking outside the square often begins with questioning what you have been taught is
normal. Society tends to reward conformity, yet growth and innovation come from
curiosity and courage.
When you consider alternative ways of working or living, discomfort may arise. This
does not mean you are wrong. It often means you are exploring new territory. Trusting
your perspective is a powerful act of self leadership.
Progress requires imagination. It asks you to see possibilities beyond traditional paths
and to believe that your life can be designed differently.
You do not need permission to think creatively or choose a path that aligns with your
values.
