What we eat fuels our body, brain, and energy levels. Too often we focus only on weight or appearance, but nutrition affects much more — mental clarity, energy, mood, and even how resilient we are to stress.
Over the years, I’ve learned that nutrition is about balance and consistency, not perfection. Some days I eat well, others not so much, and that’s okay. What matters most are the habits we build and sustain.
My daily pillars — walking, turmeric, and drinking ionised living water — support me even on imperfect days. They create a baseline of energy and well being that makes it easier to recover from occasional indulgences or rushed meals.
