3 years ago I came into a space that changed my life. From the moment I stepped into that space, I was greeted by an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm that's contagious. The thrill of tackling challenges head-on and collaborating with fantastic people never fails to energise me. 

I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible journey I've been on, working in something that truly sets my heart on fire! 

Every day feels like an exciting new chapter, filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and make a real impact. I think there is a part of all of us that wants to make a positive impact in the world.

But it's not just about the tasks at hand – it's about the purpose behind what we do. Knowing that my efforts contribute to something greater and bring value to others is the ultimate reward. 

That really was a lightbulb moment, I knew I always wanted to be part of something much bigger but was unsure of if that even existed.

I firmly believe that when you're doing what you love, it doesn't feel like work at all. It's a journey of self-discovery and constant inspiration. The feeling of fulfillment and joy that comes from aligning your purpose is simply unparalleled. 

So, here's to chasing dreams, pushing boundaries, and embracing every moment in our chosen passion. Let's continue to pursue our passions, celebrate our successes, and inspire each other to reach new heights. 

Remember, when you love what you do, every day is a gift waiting to be unwrapped. Here's to many more exciting chapters ahead!

 Manifesting. Abundance. Connections. One thing all of us need is connections. We need connections to feel safe, to grow, to love  and to feel connected to someone or something else. One of my beliefs is that if we can always give someone 5 minutes of your time. In that 5 minutes of genuinely giving someone your time and attention, connections can be made.  The secret to this strategy is to have good boundaries so that you don't become the person who has to listen to everyone's story over and over and it become draining on yourself.  Most people wouldn't be able to tell you the last time someone took a straight 5 minutes to listen and communicate without other distraction. Yet this form of communication is the most important. In that 5 minutes you could have unknowingly been someone's light house, someone could have been having the worst day ever, and your kindness of just listening, talking and being there 100% just for 5 minutes can change the protectory of their day,

Special Needs Children - Angels that walk the Earth

Over the years I have had a fair bit to do with children with special needs and their parents. The sheer love and determination from parents of special needs children, shines though, and parents learn ways to manage different problems they have to overcome. Years ago as a teenager I used to visit a friends brother in a residential care home for children. My first visit left me feeling sad and overwhelmed. Being a teenager and really thinking mostly about myself, I felt I had enough issues in my own life to deal with, growing up seemed hard enough at the time. So I choose not to go back and visit again.  Something inside me keep bugging me and months later I returned to the home and my visits become weekly Friday night visits.  My love for these children grew and grew to the point I gave up Happy Hour at work. Remember I was a teenager, happy hour in the middle of town on a Friday night was a ton of fun.  Something inside me gave my night away in order to visit my friends at the h

Welcome to 2015, Let us make it the best year yet.

Happy New Year to you all.  It is hard to believe how quickly the days, months and years roll by.  How was 2014 for you? Hopefully it was a good year for you.  What would you like 2015 to hold?   We all have goals and dreams, some we achieve and some we just don't. Sometimes we can get caught up in the thought the dreams are for others. I truly believe that if someone out there is doing what I want to do, then why can't I.  Often what stops us are our self limiting beliefs.  Sometimes we can hold a fear of failure, so it is easier not to try because we might fail, and who wants to fail.  Let us change our meaning of failure, failure is merely feedback.  Every time something doesn't work out the way we think, we learn not to do it that way, so we try another way.  Failure can be very useful and maybe try changing the wording to feedback.
