Purpose Life Success Coach Online Business
Previously I have talked about values, intuition and living life the way you should that is best for you. We all get so busy in life, and we go from day to day, just getting the things done we need to, to survive. We go off to work, kids to school, kids to sports, family commitments, friends and on and on..How many times do we stop and think about our purpose in life.. and if we know our purpose, how many of us live true to it? When we know our purpose, and live accordingly, life flows so much easier.
Remember a time, if you can when your life flowed with energy and excitement. You may have been at work, but it was like play. You felt as though you are exactly where you are supposed to be, doing just what you were meant to do. You were surrounded with just the right people. You had an unshakeable understanding of your own worth. You trusted yourself. You were having fun and, didn't care what others thought. There was no room in your life for anxiety or self-doubt. Every part of your life was in harmony with the other parts. You were living fully in the present moment, and had a sense of optimism, an expectation that tomorrow is going to be just as interesting and gratifying as today. Life seemed full of vivid colours. Your own life was the most interesting you knew and couldn't wait to see what happened next. You accepted yourself for who you are, and couldn't care less what others thought. You were full of pride and walked with a sense of pride. You weren't sure what the future would bring, but you knew you could handle it.
Does that all sound too good to be true? If so, you are not living according to your values and your purpose in life. Living life against these things is very de-energizing. It leaves us with a low self-worth. Take time out to think about your values, your vision for your life, your purpose in life... Life will be a whole lot more satisfying when you figure it all out.

Life Needs Balance - Life Success Coach
This month I am going to talk about balance.
I think we would all agree that it is a crazy world out there. We have every time saving device, we need yet we are still running from one thing to the next. The thought of achieving any sort of balance right now might seem out of reach.
There are only so many hours in a day, so how we structure our day is very important. Hopefully we have a good night's sleep and eaten a good nutritious breakfast. A good idea is to write a list on things you need to get done and prioritise them. You may need to be disciplined and ignore phone calls and emails for a while and focus on the tasks at hand. Whether we go off to work, work from home, or are a parent at home, the better our day is structured, the better it will run. Make a point of stopping for breaks during the day and eating lunch.
Research shows we are far more productive if we actually take a break. Not stopping for breaks gives us the feeling of things going on and on and never getting a break. We get left with the feeling of never getting away from things. Day after day, week after week, this can take a mental toll on us. Remember to plan some exercise into your day. Exercise is a great stress release. The more exercise we do, the fitter we become, the more energy we have, the more oxygen gets fed to your brain, which ultimately lets your think more clearly.
A hobby that you enjoy is a great mental "down time". Remember to plan time with family and friends as these people help us recharge our batteries. The key to balance is effective time management.

"WOW FACTOR" Life Success Coach
Today I am going to talk about the "WOW" factor that some people naturally have. When you meet someone with a "WOW" factor, they seem happy, content, and have their lives together. Often, we walk around with many stresses on our shoulders. When we do, it shows on our face, our posture and in our voices. People who have the "WOW" factor are usually full of self-esteem, confident and seem very happy. They have the ability to deal with things that life deals to them and keep it in perspective.
When we stress about things, we use energy. You only have so much energy when you wake up in the morning. If you don't have the ability to handle your stress, it will show in your body and in the way you approach and talk to people.
Stress management is such an important factor. There are lots of 'fix it' methods out there, but without delving deeper into why you allow things to mount up, you will probably never get a handle on managing stress. The person with the "WOW" factor has a balance. They have just as much stress as everyone else, they just know how to handle it. When we are stressed, for whatever reason, we can lose our zest for life and things become very boring. The rut sets in, and life can be come miserable.
The people with the "WOW" factor are balanced, they are happy with life, they are happy with their successes, they are content and let small things go by. If you only have so much energy in a day, and you don't use it on negative things, of course, when you meet someone, you too will be beaming with life. We all possess the "WOW" factor. It is just a matter of doing some personal work on ourselves, making some changes, making good choices and dropping stress levels.
I challenge you this week to be kind to yourself, ditch some of the stress, keep things in perspective, and be grateful for what we have.

MOTV8N to succeed the winter months - Life Success Coach
Well winter is well and truly here. The cold and wet weather can make us feel glum sometimes. Some days it can be hard to be motivated when its pouring down outside and blowing a gale. Winter can be a great time for reflection. A time to stop and think about where we are at the moment. We are almost halfway through the year. How has the first half of the year gone for you?
Winter months can be used to plant seeds for the coming spring and summer. Have a think about what you might like to achieve for the rest of the year. It is never too late to put a goal in motion.
If you could be doing anything, what would it be? What would be a goal you would love to achieve in the next 6 months? What is the reality of you achieving that goal? Brainstorm without thinking too hard about it, at least ten things you could do to move yourself forward towards your goal. Write them down and only when you have finished go through and think about each one. One will stand out as a way forward. Pick one and make a start to achieving what you want.
Make yourself more accountable by putting a time frame on achieving this goal, tell some support people around you, so they too can keep you accountable and give support if you lack motivation at times.

Positive people - Life Success Coach
I hope you have all had a great week.
Today I wanted to talk about the power of positive people. As we go about our daily work, we encounter many people, some are negative, some are positive. Have you ever noticed how a negative person can drain your energy and drain it fast? Then you meet a really positive person, and you feel uplifted, listened to and inspired. You walk away with a smile. The people we choose to be around have a significant influence on the way we feel. Surround yourself with like-minded, positive, uplifting people. They will support you with their positive outlook and likewise you will support them. If you find yourself being negative stop and consider what the outcome will be.
Ask if you can look at your situation from another angle.
Being negative wastes a lot of energy.
I challenge you to this week to look for the positive and try reframe some of the negative thoughts.

What is your desired outcome? Life Success Coach
While coaching someone, one of the first things that I always need to establish is what their desired outcomes is?
Lets face it, what is the point of pushing ourselves to achieve a goal if we dont know what our desired outcome will be. To establish and outcome, we can ask ourselves a series of questions to get down to the bottom of what and why you are trying to achieve somethng.
We start with stating in a positive sentence what it is we want. Once you have done that you need to establish if you can achieve this outcome by yourself or do you need support people to help you. If you need support people, who will they be, ask them to help out and clearly establish what sort of help you need. Then close your eyes and imagine you have already achieved your goal, run through your senses, what it would look like, what it would feel like, what would you hear.
When we imagine a situation we ewillbe using our senses to amke a scene complete, so it is reallly important to do this part of the process. Whether we imagine something or whether we recalla past situation it will be coded with our five senses, some sense will be stronger than others.
Imagination is a great tool; imagination allows us to dummy run a situation without in effect doing anything in real life about it. A good example is an interview, you might be nervous, if in your mind you imagine you are already there in the interview and go through some of the questions you think you might get asked, your brain registers that process. If you imagine over and over about the interview, by the time you get to the interview you feel much more relaxed because your brain has already put you in the position many times.
In the same way, if we create a goal and we imagine what it would be like if we already achieved it, it gives us a really good indication of what it will be like for you when you have achieved it. If that feeling is a really great feeling, while you are feeling excited about achieving it, imagine you have a camera and take a snapshot of what you see, and then file it somewhere safe in your mind.
While you are busy achieving a goal you might have highs and lows, shall I carry on or shall I quit, and when you feel like quitting you can always pull that snapshot in your mind, and it gives you a great boost to carry on.
Another question to ask yourself is, when will you know you have achieved this goal, and be specific about the answer. You clearly want to know when you go over the finish line. The next question is, what is the purpose of the goal? What will it give you? Is there a greater benefit of your goal? Is there an agenda for you in the goal? Good clean goals give good clean results.
A question you need to ask yourself is, is this in line with my morals and values? Goals that are not in line with your morals and values are bittersweet when you achieve them, so become a big waste of time.
So, think of what you want to achieve, carefully pick some support people if needed, imagine the goal already completed. Take a snapshot when you feel the most motivated about the goal. Make sure it is a clean goal that is in line with your values and morals. Strive forward and when sprits are flagging check out your snapshot again. When you have achieved it, remember to give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done.
Whether you are an avid goal setter or never done one before, you can start at any point, the goal can be as big or small as you want, at the end of the day you are trying to please and amaze yourself not others!
